Our Story
ProFix Appliance Repair started in 2008 with a single technician and a used service van. Marcus Reid had spent a decade repairing appliances for a national chain and saw the same problem everywhere — customers waiting weeks for appointments, paying inflated prices, and dealing with technicians who couldn't even name the part they replaced.
He launched ProFix with a different model: neighborhood technicians who live near the customers they serve, fast same-day availability, and a flat-rate pricing structure that eliminates the guesswork.
Today ProFix Appliance Repair is Harris County's trusted appliance repair company, with a team of factory-trained technicians covering every zip code in the area.
ProFix founded by Marcus Reid in Houston, TX — 1 technician, 1 van.
Expanded to cover all of Harris County. Hired first two technicians.
