Appliance Repair in Stafford (77477)

The 77477 ZIP is mostly the City of Stafford, a small Fort Bend County city along US 59 between southwest Houston and Sugar Land, with slivers of Houston and Missouri City sharing the code. Stafford runs its own school district and is known for having no city property tax.

A lot of the land is commercial and industrial, with office parks and warehouses along the freeway. The residential side is a mix of single-family neighborhoods from the 1970s and 1980s, townhomes, and a large number of apartment communities.

Because so much of Stafford's housing is rented, many of our calls involve three people: the tenant who has the problem, the owner who pays for the fix, and sometimes a property manager in between. We are used to that and can confirm details with whoever needs to approve the work.

Townhomes and some apartments use stacked washer-dryer units in closets. They are tight to service, and pulling one out safely takes planning, but most faults can be fixed in place. We also check the dryer vent connection, which is easy to crush when a stacked unit is pushed back into its closet.

In the older single-family homes, kitchens often keep their original cabinet openings. Replacement dishwashers and ranges usually fit; tall refrigerators sometimes do not clear the cabinet above, so we measure before recommending anything.

Tell us the unit number, gate code and parking instructions for apartment and townhome visits. Many complexes in Stafford have limited guest parking, and knowing where to go keeps the appointment on schedule.

Stafford sits right on our regular routes. All repairs carry our 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty.
