Appliance Repair in East Downtown (77003)

East Downtown sits between the US-59 and I-69 freeway and the older East End, near Shell Energy Stadium and the old warehouse district that used to be Houston's first Chinatown. For most of the twentieth century it was small houses, warehouses and industrial lots.

Most of the housing in 77003 today is recent. Rows of narrow three-story townhomes have replaced older houses, and warehouse lofts and newer apartment buildings fill much of the rest.

In a typical EaDo townhome, the garage and a bedroom are on the ground floor, the kitchen and living area are on the second floor, and the laundry is on the third. That affects nearly every repair.
