Appliance Repair in Magnolia Park and Manchester (77012)

The 77012 ZIP covers the eastern part of Magnolia Park, the historic Harrisburg area and Manchester, on Houston's east side along the Houston Ship Channel. It is a predominantly Hispanic, working-class part of the city, and many families have lived here for generations.

Manchester sits directly beside refineries and rail yards, and industry has shaped the whole ZIP. Most of the housing is small wood-frame houses from the early and middle twentieth century, many built on pier-and-beam foundations and added onto over time.

A raised wood floor moves more than a slab. Washers on these floors vibrate harder and are more likely to walk, and a refrigerator or range that was level when it was installed may not be a few years later. Re-leveling is part of many of our visits here.

Gas lines and drains often run through the crawlspace, and so does the occasional dryer vent. When a gas range or dryer has a supply or vent problem, the cause may be under the house rather than behind the appliance.

Dust from the surrounding industry and traffic also builds up on refrigerator condenser coils faster than in most neighborhoods, so coil cleaning is a routine part of cooling calls.

We give a defined arrival window and work in Magnolia Park and Manchester regularly.

All repairs include our 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty.
