Appliance Repair in River Oaks and Allen Parkway (77019)

77019 includes much of River Oaks, which was developed from the 1920s onward, along with the condominium towers, townhomes and apartments along Allen Parkway and Buffalo Bayou Park and the streets between them.

The ZIP has two main housing types. River Oaks has large houses: some date from the neighborhood's early decades, and many others are newer rebuilds on the original lots. Near the bayou, residents mostly live in condos and multi-story townhomes.

Many kitchens here have column or built-in refrigerators, professional-style ranges with several gas burners, steam ovens, warming drawers and separate ice makers. Some of these homes have a second kitchen, a butler's pantry or an outdoor kitchen.

These appliances are serviceable, but they take patience. We protect custom panels and stone counters when we pull a unit, and we tell you if a part has to be ordered, since some are not kept in local stock.

In older houses that have kept their original layout, a modern appliance sometimes goes into a space built for something else. We check the gas supply, ventilation and circuit capacity when a failure points that way.

Condo buildings along Allen Parkway usually have contractor hours and a check-in process. Tell us the rules when you book. Every repair carries our 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty.
