Appliance Repair in Jacinto City and Pleasantville (77029)

77029 covers Jacinto City, a small city surrounded by Houston, together with Pleasantville and the nearby neighborhoods north of the Houston Ship Channel. Rail lines, terminals and plants sit close to the houses.

Most of the homes here were built in the late 1940s and 1950s, many for families working in the port and refinery jobs nearby. They are small, one-story houses on modest lots, and a lot of them are still owned by the same families.

People in 77029 tend to keep an appliance as long as it runs, and we respect that. A basic older washer or gas range is often cheaper to fix than a new model, and we will say so when it is.

The houses bring their own issues. Many have had wiring or plumbing updated in pieces, and laundry is often on a back porch, in a carport or in a small utility room added later. Washers outside a heated space deal with heat, humidity and dust, which wear out hoses and pumps faster.

With industry this close, dust builds up on refrigerator condenser coils and in dryer lint paths faster than in many other parts of Houston. A refrigerator that runs constantly may only need its coils cleaned.

77029 is inside our standard coverage area. Every repair carries our 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty.
